RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICIES

Return to Sender

Before completing your purchase, please CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. If any order that is returned to our shop because of an incorrect address you provided or an address that the shipping company deemed "undeliverable", we will contact you. At this point, you have two options:

A. The order will be re-shipped at a cost to you. We will provide a custom link for you to cover shipping and handling charges. Nothing will ship until this has been paid. OR

B. Should you choose at this point to request a refund, you will be refunded the order cost MINUS original shipping costs and a restocking fee of $2 per item

Any returned item with an incorrect address that we inputted, will be re-shipped to you at a cost to our shop.

Tracking is available by default on oversized packages (i.e. drinkware). You will receive a tracking number when the item ships. If you have not received your purchase within the expected timeframe, please contact the shipping company provided in your shipping notification email.

For untracked items, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee its arrival. If your item has not arrived after 30 business days from our issued shipping notice, please contact our shop. After discussion with you, we will determine if the best course of action is to send a new product, provide shop credit or issue a refund.

You may purchase tracking for any item. Please contact our shop if it does not appear to be available in the listing's shipping options.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests need to be made within one hour of purchase. Beyond that, a cancellation request is not guaranteed.

Returns

Returns are only applicable to new, unused items within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If the item is returned damaged in any form, a refund will not be issued. Return of the item past the 30 days may not result in a refund. Refunds will not be issued until the item has been returned and inspected for quality. If approved, you will be refunded the full amount MINUS the shipping fee and a $2 restocking fee per item. A return by the shipping company due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed mail does not qualify for a full refund. See above for the customer's options in this case.

Damages and issues

We inspect every item before shipping to make sure there is no mis-printing or damage to the product. We also have different packaging options for all of our products to ensure they come to you in the quality we sent them and the quality you expect.

If the product was damaged during shipping, please email our shop with photos of the damaged product and packaging and let our shop know what the specific issue is. We will work with you to provide a quality product and excellent experience. You can email our shop at help@morsecodeloveprints.ca.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact our shop immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please be aware that colours of products may vary slightly due to different monitor settings and this is not an acceptable reason for a refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, then once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. All shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If the item is returned damaged in any form, a refund will not be issued. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not based on the policies stated above and our conversations. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method MINUS the shipping cost and a $2 restocking fee per item. Please remember it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
