Shipping policy

*** CANADA POST STRIKE has affected all small packages ($3 CAD flate rate and "Standard International" rates). Items will ship once the strike is resolved. To get your order sooner, please choose Express. ***

This shop is a one-woman show and therefore, shipping times may vary for a variety of factors. During the summer months or extended school holidays (i.e. winter break, spring break, etc.) shipping times may increase by 4-7 days. If you haven't received your shipping notice within 4 business days of purchase, feel free to email about the status of your order at hello@morsecodeloveprints.ca. Typically, your purchase will be shipped within 1-3 business days via Canada Post. Canadian residents can expect to receive their purchase within 2-4 days of being mailed. American addresses should expect shipping to take 5-7 days.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Expect delays during the holiday/busy season(s) due to a high volume of orders and/or postal service problems that are outside the control of Morse Code Love Prints.

Lettermail Shipping Times: 2-4 business days

Parcel Shipping Times: 2-5 business days

$3 flat rate for all letter mail items (cards, stickers, keychains, etc.). Tracking is not included. Including an item with higher shipping costs (ie. mug) will increase the total shipping cost.
